VKwon Just for your info- JP Morgan Chase payed back their portion of the tarp money borrowed ( 25 billion not 700 billion as you say) with interest on 6-17-09. Gm and Chrysler still owe almost 50 billion that will never be recovered- most , about 95%, of the banks have paid the money borrowed back with interest. View Comment
